Clan Man represents the hunter, provider, protector, of all communities throughout early Alaskan history. The Elder was the keeper of tradition, and Story Teller.

The Bison leg bone (From Bison priscus) ,was the largest of the ancient bison species, some 14,000 yrs. ago.
Face of the Elder is mammoth ivory of approx. the same age of the Bison bone, both come from Alaska.
The Spear is of West African ebony, with a forged cable damascus Spear Point, wrapped with sinew.
The base is Myrtle wood, only found in a small area of the Oregon Coastal region, or in what is termed "The Holy Lands".
Coco bolo is a highly figured wood from Central America.
